Meet the Owner

Shamekia Lashun Collum, an underserved Black Woman Entrepreneur, founded Elite PCA Support, LLC out of a profound commitment to community welfare.  She developed her company to provide high-quality non-medical support and companionship for veterans, seniors, and people with disabilities who are included within the  low-income and underserved populations of her home state and other areas around the United States. Her enterprise bridges critical gaps in healthcare access by delivering culturally competent, compassionate care directly to vulnerable communities, ensuring that individuals can maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. As a minority-led business, Elite PCA Support, LLC does more than provide exceptional care; it drives local economic growth by creating meaningful employment opportunities, advocating for health equity, and championing systemic change through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships to ensure high-quality care is never out of reach.
